Past Performance
Co-Authored Global Continuity of Operations plan (COOP) for Department of Defense (DoD) SMTP and X.400 Fortezza Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) based email system in both the unclassified and classified environment.
Responsible for establishing operational processes and procedures to implement COOP between Continental United States (CONUS) Network Operations Centers and Outside CONUS (OCONUS) Network Operations Centers.
Responsible for coordination and execution of COOP as operational requirements necessitate and documenting the results of the COOP in after action reports.
Co-Authored EC/EDI COOP plan for CONUS.
Responsible for developing the test plan documenting telecom requirements, to include processes and procedures and the functional requirements to provide COOP capabilities for the DoD electronic commerce processing Gateways. Coordinated COOP exercise/scenarios and provided detailed after action reports to upper management.
DRP: Co-authored Global Disaster Recovery Plan for DoD Messaging system to include hardware and software requirements.
Responsible for documenting processes, procedures and timetables to reconstitute critical operations center functionality in the time frame mandated by the DoD.
Executed test DRP exercises in CONUS and documented results in after action report to assess overall accuracy and capabilities of the DRP and viability in an OCONUS environment.
Coordinated teleconferences to discuss technical and functional issues for the DRP on a quarterly basis. Review and update DRP on an bi-annual basis to account for advances in technology and process improvements.
