- Medical and Dental insurance: GoldTech pays 80% of
the employee's premium and 55% of the dependents premiums. This includes
vision plans.
- GoldTech offers tax-deferred dependent care and medical Flexible
Spending Account debit card reimbursement plans.
- Life Insurance: At minimal cost to employees, GoldTech
provides Life Insurance at one times annual base salary. Additional
life insurance is available for eligible employees and dependents at
affordable group rates.
